Learn to make Nuno Felt fabric in a fun artful way to adorn your wall or table. We will use beautiful dyed silks and merino wool which are included in the class fee. Bring along your water bottle, lunch and an old towel as you may get damp. You will need to be able to stand comfortably to work and have good use of your arms and shoulders as felt making is a moderately physically demanding process.
Workshops for Your Group
I offer private workshops for small groups of friends or fiber groups and guilds. Most workshops can be held in my studio on the St. Charles riverfront and could be combined with visits to the shops and restaurants of historic Main St.
Examples of 1-day workshops include: Beginning Wet Feltmaking, Small Vessels (Bowls), Nuno Felt Scarves, Felt Covered Soaps, Stitching Workshops and Needle Felted Landscapes or Floral Still Life.
